  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. baking soda
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple in its own juice
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Directions

    Mix first 4 ingredients.

    In separate bowl, mix eggs and pineapple.

    Mix all with big spoon.

    Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes in 9 x 13-inch greased pan.

    After cooled, ice with cream cheese icing.
