Pineapple-Nut Cake

- 2 c. regular flour
- 2 large whole eggs
- 20 oz. can crushed pineapple (juice and all)
- 1/2 c. or a little more chopped walnuts
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1Throw all together in a large bowl and mix with a spoon by hand (not by mixer).

2Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan (I use a glass pan).

3Bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes.

4Cake will be moist.
