Pineapple-Nut Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 c. regular flour
  • 2 large whole eggs
  • 20 oz. can crushed pineapple (juice and all)
  • 1/2 c. or a little more chopped walnuts
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking soda

Directions

    Throw all together in a large bowl and mix with a spoon by hand (not by mixer).

    Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan (I use a glass pan).

    Bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes.

    Cake will be moist.
