Pineapple Nut Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (1 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/4 c. either chopped green pepper or celery
  • 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped fine (do not put in blender)
  • pinch of salt

Directions

    Mix all together.

    Save 1 cup pecans.

    Mound on serving dish. Cover with remaining pecans and chill.

    (I roll in pecans which I have chopped in blender.)

    Serve with almost any crispy dipper or spread with knife on crackers, celery, green pepper, etc.
