  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks water-packed
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice unsweetened
  • 2 each peaches, canned halves, diced, water-packed
  • 1 cup yogurt, low-fat plain, unsweetened
  • 1 cup milk skim,
  • 1 x sugar substitute equal to 2 tablespoons sugar

Directions

    Combine pineapple, juice, and peaches in container of an electric blender or food processor; process until pureed.

    Add yogurt, milk, and sugar subsititute; continue to process until smooth and thickened.

    Pour into individuals glasses, and serve immediately.
