Pineapple Pecan Cake

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 20-oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 can cream cheese frosting

Directions

    Mix first five ingredients.

    Mix well.

    Stir in pecans. Pour into ungreased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

    Cool and frost with canned frosting.
