  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 can evaporated milk (Pet, 1 2/3 c.), chilled
  • 3 (8-inch) cookie crumb pie shells

    Beat 2 whole eggs; add jello, sugar and pineapple and bring to a boil.

    Whip chilled milk and add to other mixture; put in pie shells.
