  • 20 oz. drained pineapple chunks
  • 2 large Fuji apples, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 9-inch pie shells

    Combine pineapple, apples, lemon juice and lemon peel. Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg;
