- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 2 Tbsp. pineapple juice
- 1 small pkg. dry instant vanilla pudding
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 baked pie crust
- low-fat whipped topping
Directions

1Drain pineapple and reserve juice.

2Mix all ingredients together (except the pie crust).

3Pour into cooled crust and refrigerate until set (3 or 4 hours).
