- 1 pork loin or pork chops
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 3/4 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
- brown sugar (as much as will absorb)
- 1 can pineapple chunks, undrained
- 1 jar maraschino cherries, drained
- 1 green pepper, chunked
Directions

1Combine the soy sauce, pineapple juice and brown sugar; pour over the pork and marinate.

2Bake pork in mixture until done.

3Add the pineapple chunks, cherries and green pepper until warmed.

4Use the mixture over rice.
