- 1/2 c. Crisco
- 1 stick butter
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 3/4 c. sugar
- 6 large eggs
- 3/4 c. pineapple (crushed) with juice
- 3 c. sifted flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cream Crisco, butter and margarine with sugar.

2Add eggs, one at a time; beat well after each egg.

3Add flour with baking powder and salt, mixed one spoonful at a time, with milk.

4Add teaspoon of vanilla; mix well.

5Stir in pineapple with juice and blend well.

6Place in cold oven.

7Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 40 minutes.
