- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 small can crushed pineapple with juice
- 3 c. flour
- 8 eggs
Directions

2Add eggs and flour alternately. Add other ingredients, stirring in pineapple well.

3Bake at 300° to 350° for 90 minutes.
