- 3 1/2 c. plain all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. butter or margarine
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 6 eggs
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Sift flour, baking powder and salt into bowl.

3Cream butter or margarine.

4Add sugar and vanilla gradually while beating.

5Beat in eggs, 1 at a time.

6Add dry ingredients alternately with milk.

7Mix until smooth.

8Stir in pineapple. Bake in greased 10-inch tube pan for 1 hour.
