  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 c. Crisco
  • 2 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 3 c. plain flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 can drained pineapple

Directions

    Cream sugar, Crisco and butter together.

    Then add eggs, one at a time.

    Then add flour, milk and drained pineapple alternately.

    Place in a cool oven.

    Start at 325°, 1 1/2 hours. Let cool about 10 minutes before removing from pan.
