Pineapple Praline Cake

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/3 c. pineapple juice
  • crushed pineapple
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1 c. light brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 small can coconut

Directions

    Mix yellow cake mix, eggs and juice (if not enough juice, add water to make 1 1/3 cups).

    Pour half of mixture in 9 x 13-inch cake pan.

    Pour crushed pineapple over mixture.

    Then cover with remaining batter.

    Bake 40 minutes or until done.

    Then take praline mixture (butter, brown sugar, pecans and coconut) and spread over cake.

    Bake 10 minutes more.
