- 8 graham crackers made into crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. soft margarine
- 2 c. skim milk
- 1 pkg. lo-cal vanilla pudding mix
- 2 c. pineapple chunks
- 1 c. frozen whipped topping
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In small bowl, mix crumbs and margarine.

3Press into 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.

4Bake until lightly browned (10 minutes).

5Remove and cool.

6Using 2 cups skim milk, prepare the pudding.

7Pour over crumbs.

8Top with pineapple. Spread topping over pudding.

9Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
