  • 2 c. cool lowfat milk
  • 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, liquid removed
  • 1/2 yellow cake mix or possibly 1 box Jiffy cake mix
  • 1 container whipped cream (Cold Whip)

    Make cake.

    Cold completely.

    Mix softened cream cheese with 2 c. cool lowfat milk.

    Pour in pudding mix, blend 2 min.

    Spread pudding mix over cooled cake, then spread pineapple (and walnuts to taste).

    Spread Cold Whip over top.

    Chill several hrs before serving.
