- 1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. margarine, melted
- 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. margarine, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 c. Cool Whip
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
- scoop of Cool Whip and a maraschino cherry for garnish
Directions

1Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup margarine and the granulated sugar.

2Press half of the crumb mixture firmly in ungreased, square 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.

3Beat the powdered sugar, 1/2 cup margarine and the egg in a small mixer bowl until light and fluffy.

4Spread carefully over crumb mix.

5Fold pineapple into Cool Whip; spread over sugar mixture.

6Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture over top.

7Cover and refrigerate 12 hours or until firm. Cut into squares and top with Cool Whip and cherry.
