  • 5 to 6 potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 1 large can pineapple juice
  • butter

    In electric skillet, brown roast on all sides in butter.

    Pour enough water to cover roast; simmer 2 to 3 hours.

    Add more water during simmering if necessary.

    Drain water (if any) and place potatoes in skillet with roast.

    Pour in pineapple juice.

    Cook until juice becomes thick-like sauce and potatoes are tender.
