- beef roast
- 5 to 6 potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 1 large can pineapple juice
- butter
Directions

1In electric skillet, brown roast on all sides in butter.

2Pour enough water to cover roast; simmer 2 to 3 hours.

3Add more water during simmering if necessary.

4Drain water (if any) and place potatoes in skillet with roast.

5Pour in pineapple juice.

6Cook until juice becomes thick-like sauce and potatoes are tender.
