- 1 cup water
- 3/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons dark rum
Directions

1Combine the first 3 ingredients in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil. Cook 1 minute or until sugar dissolves, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; stir in rum. Cool completely. Pour into an 8-inch square baking dish. Cover and freeze 8 hours or until firm.

2Remove mixture from freezer; scrape entire mixture with a fork until fluffy.
