  • 1 can chunk pineapple (save juice)
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 2/3 c. sugar

    Let cool slightly.

    Will keep several days and is just as good then as when you first made it.
