  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. lime or lemon Jell-O
  • 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 1/4 c. chopped nuts
  • 1/2 lb. small curd cottage cheese (2 c.)
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. horseradish (optional)
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained slightly

Directions

    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.

    Cool.

    Mix remaining ingredients together and add to cool Jell-O in an 8 x 8-inch pan; chill.

    Serve on lettuce leaves if desired.
