  • 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
  • 6 slices American cheese, coarsely cut or shredded
  • nuts (your option, I use pecans)
  • mini marshmallows (your amount)
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. white sugar
  • enough water to make paste

Directions

    Heat juice to boiling; add paste mixture and boil until clear. Put aside to cool.

    In a bowl, put pineapple tidbits, cheese and nuts.

    Stir in sauce when cooled.

    Add marshmallows.

    Cool and serve.

    If set overnight, marshmallows become soggy.
