- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. pineapple tidbits
- 12 marshmallows diced
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
Directions

1Cook sugar, cornstarch and egg in double boiler until sauce is very thick; add butter, stirring well.

2Cool; mix pineapple, marshmallows and walnuts into sauce.

3Pour into serving dish; chill.

4Yield 8-10 servings.
