  • 1 large (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 (6 oz.) box lemon Jell-O
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 c. cold water
  • 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 pt. Cool Whip

Directions

    Mix sugar and pineapple together.

    Boil 5 minutes.

    Remove from heat and add Jell-O and water.

    Mix thoroughly.

    Place in refrigerator until it begins to thicken.

    Add Cool Whip, cheese and pecans.

    Let refrigerate overnight before serving.
