- 1 large (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 (6 oz.) box lemon Jell-O
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 c. cold water
- 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3/4 c. chopped pecans
- 1 pt. Cool Whip
Directions

1Mix sugar and pineapple together.

2Boil 5 minutes.

3Remove from heat and add Jell-O and water.

4Mix thoroughly.

5Place in refrigerator until it begins to thicken.

6Add Cool Whip, cheese and pecans.

7Let refrigerate overnight before serving.
