- 2 envelopes Knox gelatine
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 1 c. water
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
Directions

1Put gelatine, sugar, water and pineapple in saucepan and bring to a boil.

2Boil about 5 minutes.

3Partially cool and add cream cheese and Cool Whip.

4Stir until smooth.

5Pour into a 9 or 10-inch square pan and chill for several hours.
