  • 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple (save juice)
  • 2 (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
  • 2/3 c. nuts
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream
  • 2 oz. jar diced pimentos
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Drain pineapple and bring juice to a boil.

    Add jello.

    Cool until syrupy.

    Mix pineapple and cream cheese together and then add the rest of the ingredients, except jello.

    After mixing, add all to jello.
