Pineapple Salad

  • 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple
  • 1 egg
  • 2 heaped Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. juice
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • miniature marshmallows, if desired

Directions

    Drain juice from pineapple and add enough water to make 1 cup. Mix sugar and flour together in saucepan and beat in egg; add water and juice gradually.

    Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened and mixture boils.

    Cool.

    Stir in chunks of pineapple.

    Garnish top with marshmallows and nuts.
