Pineapple Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 envelopes Knox gelatine
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Bring water, gelatine, sugar and pineapple to boil.

    Cook for five minutes.

    Remove from stove and while hot add cream cheese and cream.

    Stir until smooth.

    Add pecans.

    Pour into mold or decorative bowl.

    Chill until firm.
