- 2 envelopes Knox gelatine
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Bring water, gelatine, sugar and pineapple to boil.

2Cook for five minutes.

3Remove from stove and while hot add cream cheese and cream.

4Stir until smooth.

5Add pecans.

6Pour into mold or decorative bowl.

7Chill until firm.
