- 1 (15 oz.) can diced pineapple
- 1 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 c. whipped cream
Directions

1Drain and save juice from pineapple.

2Combine pineapple, marshmallows and pecans in bowl and set aside.

3In small saucepan, combine pineapple juice, vinegar, sugar, cornstarch, butter and egg; cook over medium heat until smooth and thickened.

4When sauce has cooled, pour over pineapple mixture and chill several hours. Just before serving, fold in whipped cream.

5Serve cold.
