Pineapple Salad

- 1 large can pineapple chunks
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. mini-marshmallows
Directions

1Drain juice from pineapple.

2Put in saucepan and heat.

3Mix sugar, flour and eggs; stir into heated juice.

4Cook mixture over hot water until thick, stirring constantly.

5Cool slightly.

6Put 1 cup marshmallows in cooled mixture.

7Pour over pineapple in a bowl.

8Cool thoroughly, then add another cup of marshmallows. Stir well, but gently.

9Need not be refrigerated.
