  • 1 pkg. lemon jello
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. pecans
  • 1 c. Sprite

Directions

    Dissolve jello in hot water; add cream cheese and stir until mixed. Let cool. Add pineapple, sugar, vanilla and pecans; stir well. Add Sprite; stir well. Chill until set.
