Pineapple Salad

- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 stick margarine
- Ritz or Townhouse crackers
Directions

1Drain 1/2 of pineapple juice from can.

2Pour pineapple in mixing bowl.

3Mix sugar and flour separately then toss together in pineapple.

4Put in cheese and toss again.

5Melt butter in 8 x 8 inch dish.

6Pour in pineapple mixture and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

7Sprinkle crushed crackers on top.

8Bake 10 minutes more.

9Serve warm or cold.
