  • 1 c. crushed pineapple
  • 2 tsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 4 slices diced bread

Directions

    Mix pineapple, flour, sugar, salt and eggs and pour into greased casserole.

    Melt butter and add diced bread.

    Put bread mixture on top of casserole.

    Bake at 400° until brown on top (15 to 25 minutes).

    (Good side dish with ham or pork.)
