  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. Crisco oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 20 oz. can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Beat first 3 ingredients together.

    Add pineapple.

    Add, sifted together, flour, baking soda and salt.

    Bake in 15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch or 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan for 25 to 30 minutes at 350°.
