  • 1 package cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 8 1/2 ounces crushed pineapple drained
