  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 large can pineapple, drained
  • 3 slices bread, cubed
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • roasted pecans

Directions

    Melt butter in pan (9 x 9-inch).

    Mix together the next 5 ingredients and pour into baking dish with melted butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon, 1 tablespoon sugar and roasted pecans. Bake at 300° for 40 minutes.
