  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 medium (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 slices bread
  • cinnamon

Directions

    Melt 1 stick butter or margarine.

    Add to 1 cup sugar and mix together.

    Add crushed pineapple.

    Beat eggs and add to mixture. Take crust off bread.

    Break up, add and mix.

    Sprinkle cinnamon on top.

    Bake at 300° to 350° for 45 minutes.
