  • 2 sticks oleo
  • 3 eggs
  • dash of salt
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 can chunk pineapple
  • 8 slices bread

Directions

    Melt oleo; cool. Beat eggs in well and add sugar, milk and salt. Drain pineapple juice before adding pineapple to the mixture. Add bread (cubed) and mix gently. Pour into casserole dish; bake 30 minutes at 350°. Great as side dish or dessert.
