  • 1 cup drained crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 12 cup butter (softened)
  • 4 eggs
  • 6 slices white bread (Monk's bread if you have it)

    Blend sugar and butter.

    Mix in eggs one at a time.

    Add well - drained pineapple.

    Cut the crust off the slices of white bread and cut into cubes.

    Add the bread cubes to the creamed mixture.

    Pour into well greased 1 quart casserole dish.

    Cook covered for 1 hours at 350.
