- 1 cup drained crushed pineapple
- 1 cup sugar
- 12 cup butter (softened)
- 4 eggs
- 6 slices white bread (Monk's bread if you have it)
Directions

1Blend sugar and butter.

2Mix in eggs one at a time.

3Add well - drained pineapple.

4Cut the crust off the slices of white bread and cut into cubes.

5Add the bread cubes to the creamed mixture.

6Pour into well greased 1 quart casserole dish.

7Cook covered for 1 hours at 350.
