  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 5 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 can crushed pineapple including juice
  • 5 slices bread

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar together; add eggs and pineapple.

    Fold in 5 slices cubed bread.

    Pour into casserole.

    Bake covered for 45 minutes at 350°.

    Remove cover and bake for 15 minutes more.
