- 1/2 c. sugar
- 5 eggs, well beaten
- 1 can crushed pineapple including juice
- 5 slices bread
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar together; add eggs and pineapple.

2Fold in 5 slices cubed bread.

3Pour into casserole.

4Bake covered for 45 minutes at 350°.

5Remove cover and bake for 15 minutes more.
