  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1 cake yeast
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 c. (2 sticks) oleo
  • 3 egg yolks

Directions

    Mix together crushed pineapple, cornstarch and sugar.

    Cook until thick and clear.

    Set aside to cool.

    Scald milk.

    When lukewarm, add 1 tablespoon sugar and yeast.

    Beat egg yolks and add to milk mixture.
