  • 3/4 c. crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. soft butter
  • 2 c. Bisquick
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. melted butter

Directions

    Mix first 4 ingredients together until well blended.

    Divide among 12 large muffin cups.

    Set aside.

    Mix last 3 ingredients together until just moist.

    Drop batter on top of pineapple mixture.

    Bake at 425° for 15 to 20 minutes.

    Invert on rack immediately to prevent sticking.
