- 1 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 5 slices white bread, cubed
Directions

1Cream together butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in pineapple.

2Fold in bread cubes. Turn into 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour or until brown on top at 350°.
