  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 5 slices white bread, cubed

Directions

    Cream together butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in pineapple.

    Fold in bread cubes. Turn into 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour or until brown on top at 350°.
