- 1 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 5 slices white bread, cut in 1-inch cubes
Directions

1Cream sugar and butter.

2Beat in eggs one at a time.

3Stir in pineapple.

4Fold in bread cubes.

5Turn into 1 1/2-quart greased casserole pan.

6Bake uncovered 1 hour at 350°.

7Serves approximately 10 to 12.
