- 1 c. crushed, drained pineapple
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 5 slices prepared bread
Directions

1Whip eggs until thoroughly blended; cut bread into cubes (can also cut off crust).

2Cream butter and sugar until smooth.

3Add eggs, bread and pineapple.

4Mix well.

5Pour mixture into buttered baking dish.

6Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
