Pineapple Stuffing

  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 7 to 8 slices white bread, cubed (no crusts)
  • 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, one at a time.

    Stir in bread and drained pineapple.

    Bake in buttered 1-quart casserole at 350° for 45 minutes.
