- 1 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 7 to 8 slices white bread, cubed (no crusts)
- 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, one at a time.

2Stir in bread and drained pineapple.

3Bake in buttered 1-quart casserole at 350° for 45 minutes.

4Serves 6.
