- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 (8 oz.) can drained, crushed pineapple
- 5 slices bread, cubed
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar.

2Beat in eggs, one at a time.

3Add pineapple and fold mixture with bread cubes.

4Put in 1 1/2-quart casserole and bake at 350° for 1 hour.

5Serves 6.
