  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. granulated sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (8 oz.) can drained, crushed pineapple
  • 5 slices bread, cubed

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar.

    Beat in eggs, one at a time.

    Add pineapple and fold mixture with bread cubes.

    Put in 1 1/2-quart casserole and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
