- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- tart crust
Directions

1Drain pineapple from juice.

2Make a thick syrup of juice and 1 cup sugar.

3Roll out tart crust and spread thin layer of pineapple; sprinkle with dry sugar.

4Fold tart and fry slowly until golden brown.

5Place on platter and cover with pineapple syrup.
