- 250 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 450 g flour
- 1 egg
- 30 g powdered milk
- 2500 g pineapple
- 300 g sugar
- 1 small cinnamon stick

1For cooking the filling:.

2Mash pineapples and cook in saucepan till dry.

3Add sugar and cinnamon stick.

4Keep stirring till mixture becomes dry.

5For making the pineapple tarts:.

6Sift flour and milk powder together.

7Beat butter, sugar and egg in mixer well.

8Fold in flour.

9Mix well to form a dough.

10Roll out dough.

11Use a cutter to cut.

12Place on baking tray.

13Brush with beaten egg.

14Top with pineapple filling.

15Make crosses with dough to place on top of tarts.

16Brush again with beaten egg.

17Bake for 15 mins at 180C.
