Ingredients

  • 1 lb firm tofu, pressed and cutted in pretty triangles
  • 1 cup vegan sweet and sour sauce
  • 1 cup pineapple juice (from the can)
  • 1 cup pineapple chunk
  • 1/4 cup tamari soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons rice vinegar

Directions

    Mix all the ingredients in a ziploc bag. Let sit one hour.

    Pre-heat the oven to 375°F

    Put the mix in a casserole. Cover with foil. Bake for an hour.

    Serve with white rice and veggies on the side.
